This role includes oversight of 3 dental clinics and 21 school-based sites, while also maintaining a clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of general dentists, hygienists, and oral surgeons Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care Oversee operations, budgets, and performance metrics Collaborate on strategic planning and community outreach Conduct case reviews and ensure compliance with care standards

Qualifications:

DMD/DDS (required); MHA/MBA (preferred) NYS licensure 5+ years of post-residency experience Prior leadership experience strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
