Insurance Sales Advisor –

Compensation: Base + Commission, uncapped earning potential

We’re a fast-growing insurance agency with a small team and big vision, looking for a high-performing Sales Advisor who is ready to grow, contribute, and build something meaningful.

This is not a “clock in, clock out” role.

You’ll have the structure, support, and leadership needed to succeed, with the freedom to execute, innovate, and grow your income.

You’re someone who:

• Has proven sales experience and knows how to close
• Is hungry, driven, and motivated by results, not just a paycheck

• Building and managing your own pipeline
• Conducting client consultations and closing new business
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell, especially in life and commercial insurance
• Following up consistently and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing ideas to improve processes, client experience, and growth
• Continuously developing your sales skills and product knowledge

• Proven track record in sales, insurance experience is an asset but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-discipline, consistency, and a high level of personal accountability
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn
• Willingness to obtain or has OTL and LLQP licenses
