Seasonal Tax Expert - CPA or EA - Work from Home
As a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional at H&R Block, you’ll serve clients with diverse tax needs, supporting your growth through advanced training and a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct tax interviews with clients face‑to‑face and through virtual tools—video, phone, chat, and email.
- Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
- Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
- Provide clients with IRS support.
- All certification levels can provide tax notice services.
- Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation.
- Mentor and support teammates.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
- Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
- Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
- Experience with tax planning and audit support.
- Sales and/or marketing experience.
Full‑time, seasonal.
