• Licensed CPA
• 1+ years’ experience at the manager level
• Mid to large firm experience
• Experienced working remotely and in a paperless environment
• Experienced reviewing (not just preparing) business returns (primarily forms 1120, 1120S; some 1065 & 1040)
• Experienced with provisions, consolidating returns, multi-state returns, and ASC
  740
