• Job Title: Staff Accountant
• Location: Oberlin, OH
• Schedule: Hybrid;
  Monday – Friday
• Salary: $60,000-$80,000 based on experience

• Manage and process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees using Paychex
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Assist with month-end close procedures and general ledger maintenance
• Handle various HR generalist duties, including benefits coordination and employee inquiries

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or similar environment preferred)
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Paychex payroll systems

• Mid-Senior level
