We’re hiring an External Audit & Assurance Senior!
At Magone & Company (Parsippany, NJ), we’re not just checking boxes - we’re helping clients build confidence in their numbers and their future. As a Senior Auditor, you’ll:
- Lead client audit engagements across diverse industries.
- Gain hands‑on exposure to audit, accounting, and tax work.
- Mentor junior auditors + grow your leadership skill.
- Work with domestic + international clients in a mid‑size, people‑first firm.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- 2–5 years external audit experience (2+ in public accounting).
- CPA (or actively pursuing).
- Proficiency with audit software (Thomson Reuters, Checkpoint, Advance Flow).
- Detail‑oriented + strong communicator.
- Hybrid schedule (on‑site client work, Tues–Thurs in office, Mon/Fri WFH).
- Health, dental, vision + life insurance.
- 401(k) with match.
- 15 PTO days + professional development.
- CPA exam support.
