You will have the freedom to work from your home or office with flexible scheduling that supports your lifestyle within our established hours of operation. This role requires a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week to ensure consistent support for our customers.

• Customer service experience
• 1‑3 years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience
• Minimum 1 year of Quick Books Online experience
• Quick Books Online Level 1 Certification required
• Certified Public Bookkeeper is preferred, not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with technology; strong knowledge of computer software and ability to learn technology quickly
• Dedicated high‑speed internet connection (Wireless, DSL, cable, or fiber)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced virtual environment with minimal supervision
• Critical thinking, problem solving, flexibility, and determination
• Willingness to learn and support new products and services

• Provide bookkeeping guidance to Quick Books Online small business owners via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and reassuring manner.
• Create high‑quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence using deep customer empathy and expertise.
• Guide small business owners on best practices and optimal utilization of the Quick Books Online platform.
• Review information input by owners for accuracy and provide insights on their data.
• Research regulations to support guidance.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $22.50 – $29.50, Colorado $22.00 – $29.00, Bay Area California $23.00 – $29.50, Southern California $23.00 – $29.50, Washington $22.50 – $29.50, Washington D.C. $23.00 – $29.00. The position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans.
