Monotelo Advisors is seeking to expand our seasonal tax support team with bright, motivated individuals who desire to be on a winning team.
Seasonal Position – December through May 1st
What You’ll Do- Data entry
- Prepare tax returns
- File individual 1040 tax returns
- Invoice/collect payments
- Interact with clients
- Support the team that files small business returns (Form 1120S)
- Support the team that files partnership returns (Form 1065)
The Role
- A desire to learn and grow
- Strong analytical and oral communication skills
- Capacity to self‑direct and take initiative
- Proficiency in Tax Preparation
- Ability and willingness to grow personally and professionally
- Technical aptitude to learn new technology
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Enrolled Agent status
- CPA designation will be strongly considered (Not required)
- Or minimum 7 years of experience with demonstrated proficiency in tax preparation
