In this role you will work closely with our Accounting Supervisor/Managerto deliver timely, accurate financials and a seamless client experience by:

Managingday-to-day accounting needsfor assigned clients.

Performingbank reconciliations, preparingmonthly journal entries, and maintaining clean general ledgers.

Assisting with the preparation ofmonthly and quarterly financial statements.

Preparing and filingsales tax returns for multi-state clients.

Supporting accounts payable/receivable processes,  transactions, follow-ups on outstanding checks, and credit-card entries.

Retrieving bank statements, investor statements, and other client documents.

Cross-training on other accounts to provide coverage and continuity.

2+ years of accounting experience minimum(public accounting preferred).

Proficiency in Quick Books Online (QBO) required—including bank recs and monthly journal entries.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.

Intermediate Excel skills; familiarity with Word, Outlook, and Teams a plus.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
