This is a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist role located in the San Francisco Bay Area, with some flexibility for remote work. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing expense reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and managing journal entries. Day-to-day tasks include verifying and reconciling invoices, monitoring accounts payable transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Proficiency in Processing Expense Reports and Managing Journal Entries (Accounting)
• Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail in Finance and Accounting
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in an accounts payable role is a plus
