Location: Hauppauge, NY

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000

We are a growing midsize CPA firm specializing in audits of labor unions and their related fringe benefit funds. We have three locations:
Hauppauge (home office), Iselin, NJ, and Floral Park, NY. This role is available for Full‑Time or Part‑Time and focuses on quality control. A CPA license is required.

• Detailed review of engagements
• Compliance with GAAP
• Review of tax returns: 990's, LM-2's, 5500's
• Functioning as a Firm resource on the research of technical issues involving complex accounting, auditing, and other regulatory matters
• Preparing position papers and implementation guidance regarding newly issued technical pronouncements
• Busy season hours requirements

• 10+ years of progressively challenging Public Accounting experience
• Experience with labor unions, multi‑employer employee benefit funds preferred but not required
• Ability to research complex accounting and auditing issues
• Time management skills
• Detail oriented
