We keep growing and are excited to announce we are adding a Senior Staff Accountant to our team! Listed on Nasdaq Helsinki, (Finland) Harvia is the leading player in the global sauna market. Since its establishment in 1950, Harvia has accumulated knowhow in all sauna cultures and sauna types across the world. Around them, the company has built a comprehensive offering from heaters and their components to full sauna solutions - meeting the needs of consumers and industry professionals alike.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Holland, MI office, with opportunity for 1 to 2 days a week of remote work once trained. As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including, but not limited to: managing accounts receivable, assist with cost accounting, assisting in preparing month‑end financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

The role includes monitoring and analyzing accounting data, preparing tax returns, budgeting, as well as supporting financial audits and internal controls.

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
• 5+ years of accounting, finance, and auditing skills
• Expertise in Financial Statements
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
