We’re looking for a Senior Financial Accountant with strong US GAAP, SOX, and manufacturing experience to help drive our finance transformation. If you enjoy improving processes, building structure, and partnering across a growing organization, this role is a great fit. • Lead key initiatives as we transition from IFRS to US GAAP, supporting the finance team and developing scalable compliance processes.
• Strengthen and maintain SOX controls, partnering with internal/external auditors and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Improve and standardize financial reporting processes across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Support month-end close, flux analysis, and quarterly/year-end reporting.
• Participate in financial system enhancements, including SAP ECC, SAC, and Tagetik.
• Prepare technical accounting memos and assist with special projects as the business evolves.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting;
  Big 4 or large audit + manufacturing industry background strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and audit support.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset, and ability to collaborate across teams.

• Travel up to 5%.
• Adherence to safety protocols and PPE use, including respirator fit requirements (where applicable and subject to law).
