Who You Are

We are looking for an organized manager who can produce high‑quality work while maintaining strong relationships with our current clients. The ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions and take initiative while staying focused on results and the performance objectives of this job is a must. Staff development skills, ability to lead a team of professionals by example while also possessing solid time management skills are important as well.

Ideally, this person would be able to work hybrid from our office in Dallas, TX.

Required Experience And Skills
  • CPA preferred
  • Bachelors in Accounting
  • Masters in Taxation (preferred)
  • 5+ years of public accounting experience in income tax preparation for individuals, partnerships/LLCs, S Corporations, C Corporations, trusts, estates, and non‑profit organizations
  • Experience with Real Estate and High Net‑Worth Individuals a HUGE plus
  • Comprehensive understanding of tax law
  • Strong review skills of 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041 returns
  • Strong tax research experience and skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management
  • Willingness to work > 40 hours per week during tax season
