We are partnering exclusively with one of the most respected and fastest-growing CPA firms in DFW on a high-impact Audit Senior search in the North Dallas area.
If you’re a CPA (or CPA-track) professional with 3+ years of public accounting audit experience and you’re ready to step into true ownership of engagements in a firm that actually lives its culture, let’s talk.
What you’ll do:
- Lead full-scope audit engagements from planning through issuance (SEC, middle‑market private, and NFP clients)
- Own sections of the audit program and bring them to completion with minimal oversight
- Mentor and develop staff while building strong, trusted client relationships
- Identify issues, propose solutions, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive real value
- Manage budgets, timelines, and on‑site fieldwork
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting (or related)
- CPA licensed or actively pursuing
- 3+ years of audit experience in public accounting
- Strong technical skills – CCH Axcess, Checkpoint, Excel, etc.
- Exceptional communication (written + verbal) and natural client‑facing presence
