We’re looking for a licensed CPA, EA, or CA to join us full-time and help shape the future of our firm. Whether your expertise lies in tax compliance, accounting, research, financial modeling, or tax planning—we want you to define how you can best serve our clients and grow with us.

Responsibilities will be tailored to your strengths and interests, but may include:

• Preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
• Conducting tax research and communicating findings to clients and team members
• Supporting monthly or quarterly accounting engagements and reconciliations
• Building and maintaining financial models and client dashboards
• Helping clients understand and act on their numbers—beyond just the forms
• Contributing to process improvement, documentation, and automation across the firm

We’re seeking candidates who are:

• Licensed CPA (U.S.),
  Enrolled Agent (EA), or Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experienced in U.S. accounting and tax, with bonus points for international or cross-border knowledge
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, tech-savvy environment
• Proficient with Intuit tools (Quick Books Online, Pro Connect),
  Google Workspace
  , and Slack
• Strong communicators with a knack for simplifying complex topics
• Motivated, resourceful, and energized by building and improving systems
