As a Remote Accountant, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional accounting services to multiple clients. You’ll manage day-to-day financial operations, support onboarding, and contribute to a positive virtual team culture. The role is designed to be flexible, allowing you to work from home while maintaining a consistent schedule during traditional business hours.

• Provide high-quality accounting and operational support to assigned clients
• Demonstrate expertise in professional bookkeeping and accounting practices
• Manage onboarding processes for new client engagements
• Execute tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly closings, and financial reporting
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to enhance client value through additional services or tools

• Participate in recurring video check-ins with your manager and team
• Embrace new technologies to solve client challenges and improve workflows
• Accept coaching and feedback to meet performance goals and enhance service delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience
• At least 1 year of experience using Quick Books or Net Suite
• Prior experience in a multi-client environment preferred
• Strong understanding of transactional accounting and financial reporting
• Ability to manage client relationships within defined processes and budgets
• Commitment to confidentiality and data security
• Passion for helping businesses succeed and delivering client satisfaction
• Comfortable working remotely and independently during business hours
