Accounts Payable Representative - Fully Remote

• Hourly pay rate of $20.67 - $21.63

• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices, ensuring accurate financial records
• Handle high-volume emails and calls, responding to vendors and internal teams
• Maintain W-9 forms and perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements
• Act as a liaison between the accounts payable team and operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure efficient operations

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Windows operating systems

• Experience in accrual accounting
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Skills in creating and editing written materials
• Demonstrated cooperative behavior with colleagues and clients
