Job Responsibilities Of Accounting Manager

• Manage the month end close
• Oversee the work of Senior and Staff Accountants
• Review and analyze quarterly and yearly financial and management reporting
• Technical accounting—assist with one-off accounting and reporting questions.
• Ad-hoc accounting and operational initiatives/projects
• Establish and maintain internal controls

Specific Requirements For The Accounting Manager Include

• BS in Accounting
• CPA
• 6+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and analysis
• Public accounting experience preferred
