- Review corporate, individual, partnership and other tax returns prepared by associates and give comments
- Responsible for specific tax, accounting and consulting engagements
- Supervise and mentor staff on a number of projects concurrently
- Directly correspond and communicate with the clients
- Reports To:
Directors, Partners
- Process engagement responsibilities from beginning to end including communicating status of assignments
- Train staff and provide useful feedback throughout engagement
- Research and resolve technical tax matters
- Assist with developing additional services for current clients
- Developing contacts through networking and community involvement and maintaining contacts for referral use
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university
- CPA license required
- 5+ years tax experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong organization skills with an ability to multi‑task and prioritize, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Excellent personnel development and delegation skills including training and instruction
