Sr. Development Accountant - Hybrid $90k - 125k + Bonus

• Direct ownership of two major projects, one in Saratoga, FL, and another in North Carolina
• Oversee and review the financials of six operational properties managed by third-party property accountants
• Collaborate with asset management, project managers, property managers, and internal operations to ensure the financial success of projects
• Review and enter monthly financial packages from third-party property managers into the system
• Perform property accounting, development accounting, and financial analysis using tools such as Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)
• Provide financial oversight on large-scale real estate developments and multi-family residential projects

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4-7 years overall accounting experience
• 1-3 years accounting experience within residential real estate
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of properties or development projects with significant ownership
