Senior Accountant – Recruiter Manager, Connexa Search Group

The Connexa Search Group is recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join a growing professional services company in the Dallas area. This is a broad, hands‑on role supporting full‑cycle accounting, financial reporting, and ongoing process improvements as the organization continues to scale. The position offers hybrid flexibility with some remote work available.

• Manage full-cycle accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close
• Support project-based revenue accounting and GAAP compliance
• Oversee invoicing, billing schedules, and review supporting documentation
• Manage cash activity including receipts, disbursements, and reconciliations
• Coordinate vendor and customer setup, review invoices, and support AP and AR activity
• Review employee expenses for policy compliance
• Prepare supporting schedules including prepaid, fixed assets, and intercompany activity
• Assist with financial statements, reporting, and variance analysis
• Support audit and compliance needs
• Recommend improvements to strengthen efficiency and accuracy

• 3 or more years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and project-based revenue concepts
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working in a fast‑moving environment
