Work across multiple systems, portals, and revenue streams

• Maintain accurate financial data across multiple systems and daily portals
• Perform general ledger work
  , bank reconciliations
  , and month‑end closing
• Ensure clean financial flow between Quick Books Online
  , Connect Wise
  , and Connect Booster
• Review and validate billing for MSP, VoIP, and Cabling services
• Monitor, reconcile, and categorize credit card transactions
• Confirm billing accuracy in internal and client‑facing systems
• Communicate with vendors regarding discrepancies and invoice issues
• Handle credit memos, client checks, and account adjustments
• Provide frontline support for vendor‑related financial questions
• Conduct daily data integrity checks across financial systems
• Help refine accounting processes as the company continues to scale

• ✅ 2+ years of experience with Quick Books Online
• ✅ Hands‑on experience with reconciliations & month‑end close
• ✅ Extremely detail‑oriented and highly organized
• ✅ A self‑starter mindset — able to “figure things out” independently
• ✅ High adaptability to evolving processes
• ✅ Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment
• ✅ Preference for heads‑down, focused work
• ✅ Ability to pass a credit check, background check & drug screen
• 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent required
• 📍 Hybrid role —
  Lewes, DE (2–3 days onsite)
• 🚗 Must live within 35 minutes of Lewes
• 💬 Minimal customer‑facing work (~5%)
• ✈️ No travel required beyond regular commute
