SAT - Cash Application Specialist

• Accurately identify and post customer payments to the correct accounts
• Reconcile and balance cash deposits to posting reports daily
• Research and resolve cash-related posting requests and discrepancies
• Maintain cash receipts records and files for audit requests
• Collaborate with the Cash Application Manager to enhance controls and processes

• 3+ years of business-to-business cash application experience in a large corporate environment
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong technical skills with experience in multiple software and ERP systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, particularly in cash application

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with SAP and D365
• Project experience related to payment research
