🔎 About the Role

As our HOA Bookkeeper, you’ll support both homeowners and our internal team by keeping financials accurate, vendors paid, records clean, and communication flowing. You’ll process invoices, issue payments, answer homeowner questions, and support the accounting team as needed.

This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, motivated, and ready to dive into the details that keep HOAs running smoothly.

📝 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Processing and coding vendor invoices
  • Cutting checks and issuing payments
  • Reconciling accounts and maintaining clean financial records
  • Helping homeowners with questions about dues, payments, and the owner portal
  • Updating and managing vendor records
  • Filing, sorting mail, and keeping documents organized
  • Supporting our property managers as needed
  • Stepping in for our accounts receivable clerk when needed
  • General administrative work to keep the office running smoothly
  • Monthly bank reconciliations and generating monthly financial reports
  • Answering questions about HOA financials from boards and internal staff

✅ Full-time position
✅ Monday–Friday, 8–4 or 9–5
✅ $45k-$65k / year DOE

🛠 What We’re Looking For
  • Prior accounting or HOA experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
  • Proficiency in Quick Books Online, Word, and Excel (CINC is a plus too)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Clear communication and strong problem‑solving abilities
  • Self‑starter with a good sense of humor
  • Excited to learn, improve, and grow with our team
