We are a fast-paced organization seeking a hands‑on Staff Accountant to support and manage US accounting and bookkeeping activities. This is an individual contributor role requiring a high level of accuracy, ownership, and accountability. The ideal candidate is Quick Books Online certified, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities- Independently manage day‑to‑day US accounting & bookkeeping using Quick Books Online (QBO)
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow tracking
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and US tax regulations
- Support and participate in month‑end and year‑end closing
- Identify process improvements and follow established bookkeeping best practices
- Quick Books Online (QBO) Level 1 Certification
- Hands‑on, practical experience using QBO for US clients
- 2+ years of experience in US accounting and bookkeeping
- Working knowledge of GAAP, US tax compliance, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools
- Comfortable working as an individual contributor with minimal supervision
- Available to join in January 2026
- In‑person Quick Books Online practical assessment as part of the hiring process
- Selection based on technical accuracy, hands‑on capability, and accountability
