Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer in everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role using our video software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax prep software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and PTIN.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and empowering them to prepare their taxes; committed to delighting customers and strengthening the brand.
• Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The base pay ranges by location:

• Bay Area California: 28.80 - 36.50
• Southern California: 28.80 - 36.50
• Colorado: 27.50 - 34.80
• Hawaii: 28.80 - 36.50
• Illinois: 27.50 - 34.80
• Maryland: 27.50 - 34.80
• Massachusetts: 28.80 - 36.50
• Minnesota: 24.80 - 30.30
• New Jersey: 28.80 - 36.50
