Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will help advance our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax knowledge and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills—written and spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer‑service skills; excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.

Base pay varies by location. Expected ranges (2024):

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
