Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers.
• Interact with customers via video communication software; document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written & spoken.
• Excellent customer service skills; professional, friendly, and confident in video and audio interactions.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities.

• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
