Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist

As a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, organization, and clear communication. You’ll be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and supporting the Finance team with reconciliations and reporting. • Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
• Verify approvals, coding, and compliance with company policies
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, check)
• Reconcile AP transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors
• Maintain organized records and support month-end close activities
• Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure smooth operations

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar) and Excel
• Ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote-first environment
• Excellent communication skills for vendor and internal team interactions
