What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers.

What You Need

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation

Base Pay Range varies by location:
Bay Area California $28.80‑$36.50, Southern California $28.80‑$36.50, Colorado $27.50‑$34.80, Hawaii $28.80‑$36.50, Illinois $27.50‑$34.80, Maryland $27.50‑$34.80, Massachusetts $28.80‑$36.50, Minnesota $24.80‑$30.30, New Jersey $28.80‑$36.50, New York $28.80‑$36.50, Ohio $24.80‑$30.30, Vermont $27.50‑$34.80, Washington $28.80‑$36.50, Washington DC $28.80‑$36.50. Payment based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
