What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, aligning with our goal of Powering Prosperity Around the World.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records (virtual, customer‑facing role).

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and ownership of a PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

What You Need

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria (or willingness to obtain one).
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
