Work From Home Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA - Seasonal

Intuit is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Tax Professional with an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) to join our team for the upcoming tax season.

In this role you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.

• Prepare and review federal and state individual 1040 tax returns for 30+ clients.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers.
• Interact with customers via video communication software, documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain a 20+ hour per week workload, spread across three or more days.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns.
• Unrestricted credential: CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney with PTIN.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable with video and audio tools.
• Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities.
