Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language.
• Conduct virtual, customer-facing interactions using our state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range by location:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
• Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50
