. This virtual, customer‑facing position focuses on helping customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Work 100% remotely from your home or office.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ individual 1040 tax returns and using commercial tax preparation software.
• Unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax knowledge and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities and comfort using video/audio tools.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and enhancing Intuit’s brand.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base pay ranges by location:

• Bay Area California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
