In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answers in everyday language.
- Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation, with excellent customer‑service skills and comfort interacting through video and audio tools.
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Bay Area California $28.80‑$36.50;
Southern California $28.80‑$36.50;
Colorado $27.50‑$34.80;
Hawaii $28.80‑$36.50;
Illinois $27.50‑$34.80;
Maryland $27.50‑$34.80;
Massachusetts $28.80‑$36.50;
Minnesota $24.80‑$30.30;
New Jersey $28.80‑$36.50;
New York $28.80‑$36.50;
Ohio $24.80‑$30.30;
Vermont $27.50‑$34.80;
Washington $28.80‑$36.50;
