Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, perform tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries, advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
- Use our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and commitment to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
- Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confident.
- Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. Base pay ranges by location:
- Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
- Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
- Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
- Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
- Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
- Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
- Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
- Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
- New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
- New York: $28.80 - $36.50
- Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
- Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
- Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
- Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
