• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions.

Work from the U.S. and earn supplemental income helping people with their taxes.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax prep software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills and confident video/audio interactions.
• Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
• Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base pay range varies by location (example: Bay Area California $28.80–$36.50 per hour). Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
