• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate information to customers in everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation
:
Base pay range varies by location (e.g., Bay Area California $27.80 - $35.50 per hour). This position is eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit’s plans and programs. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular pay‑equity comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
