Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions accurately.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with substantial tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to delivering excellent customer service via video and audio tools.

• Secure internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
