Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor – CPA – Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. You will advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software for a virtual, customer-facing role and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• Be bilingual (English/Spanish) with written & spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities, committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Possess excellent customer service skills and be excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Good internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong Pay‑for‑Performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position by location is:

• Bay Area California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80

• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
