In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will help achieve our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
- Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to locate and deliver the right answers to customers in everyday language.
- Interact with customers via video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare taxes.
- Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers via video/audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range varies by location:
- Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
- Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
- Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
- Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
- Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
- Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
- Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
- Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
- New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
- New York: $28.80 - $36.50
- Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
- Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
