- Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
- Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver correct answers to customers using everyday language.
- Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
- Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
- Bay Area (California): $28.80 - $36.50
- Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
- Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
- Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
- Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
- Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
- Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
- Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
- New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
- New York: $28.80 - $36.50
- Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
- Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
- Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
- Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
