Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

What You Will Do:
In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
- Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally.
What You Need:
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation:
Expected base pay ranges by location (examples) – Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50, Southern California $28.80 - $36.50, Colorado $27.50 - $34.80, Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50, etc. This position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
