• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Earn supplemental income by helping people with their taxes.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $28.80 - $36.50 per hour in the Bay Area and Southern California; $27.50 - $34.80 in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Vermont, Washington, Washington DC; $24.80 - $30.30 in Minnesota and Ohio. A cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs are also available.
