Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers in a virtual, customer-facing role, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney; extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation, committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location, ranging from $23.80 to $35.50 per hour. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
