Overview Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
- Help customers complete taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
- Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers.
- Interact through video communication software and document interactions.
Who You Are
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with PTIN.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
- Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
What You Need
- Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability for minimum 20 hours per week, across 3+ days.
Compensation
Expected Base Pay Range: $27.50 - $36.50/hr (varies by region). Position eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit policies.
