Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Fully remote position – collaborate with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.

• Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities, committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand, and excelling in customer service via video and audio tools.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base pay ranges vary by location. For example, Bay Area California: $28.80–$36.50;
Southern California: $28.80–$36.50;
Colorado: $27.50–$34.80; and other states have comparable ranges. This position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans.
