You will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice and full service return preparation, performing tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. This virtual, customer‑facing role will involve using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

The expected base pay range for this position is:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
• Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50

This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
