What You Will Do

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries, advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to customers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax‑preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complexity of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and excitement to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range per position is:

• Southern California $28.80 – $36.50
• Colorado $27.50 – $34.80
• Hawaii $28.80 – $36.50
• Illinois $27.50 – $34.80
